A former Presidential Candidate in the 2019 general elections, Dr. Asukwo Mendie Archibong, Esq., has condemned the bombing of the Catholic Church in Ondo State and the loss of lives in that incident. He has called on the government to do more to protect Nigerians and end the state of insecurity in the country. He has urged the people of Ondo State to remain peaceful and engage in the governance of the country to bring about a safe and secure Nigeria.
Many people have been feared dead as explosion rocks St Francis Catholic Church, Owa-luwa Street, in Owo area of Ondo State, Southwest Nigeria.
The explosion went off during the church’s mass service on Sunday morning. Unconfirmed sources said the terrorists also sprayed worshippers with bullets, leading to the death of many.
