Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer service calls with a pleasant and professional phone voice.Interface with insured individuals and adjusters, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
Requirements:

- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution and calm customers during stressful situations.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the vacation rental or hotel industry.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and system utilization.
- Adaptable and open to feedback, with a willingness to take direction well.
- Ability to craft clear and professional correspondence for notices and extension requests.
- Quick learner with the capability to understand and work with various systems.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with excellent record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also work independently when needed.
- Flexibility in adhering to different working shifts as specified.
