Niger’s neighbours say any intervention to restore deposed President Mohamed Bazoum will be considered a ‘declaration of war’ against them.

Nigeria must not invade Niger Republic just to satisfy the Western Countries. It will be disastrous for the whole West African region. Neither should NATO and the United States invade the peaceful nation of Niger Republic.

No country has the right to impose any form of government on another.

But for the selfish interest of the West, Niger Republic would not even be a consideration for them. Uranium and gold is driving their interest in Niger Republic.

The military governments of Burkina Faso and Mali have warned that any military intervention against last week’s coup leaders in Niger would be considered a “declaration of war” against their nations.

Niger’s neighbours issued the warning in joint statements read out on their national broadcasters on Monday, days after West African leaders threatened to use force to reinstate Niger’s deposed President Mohamed Bazoum.

There must be no further aggressive outburst against Niger Republic.
