LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a temporary Remote Legal Administrative Assistant who may be able to travel to St. Petersburg or Tampa FL on occasion. This position is supporting two transaction attorneys and one paralegal for a national Financial services company.
Responsibilities: Provides administrative support including resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries. Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, appointments and/or other similar activities, including assisting Legal team in scheduling in-person training sessions in Investment Banking offices, scheduling Zoom calls and in-person meetings with others. Coordinating travel and lodging arrangements. Assists with expense reimbursements.
Establishes, maintains and updates files, databases, records and/or other documents, including creating and managing new billing maters on the legal matter and spend management system, Passport.Operates standard office equipment and uses required software applications.Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Basic principles of banking and finance and securities industry operations. Experience with booking travel and handling expenses. Performing a range of staff and/or operational support activities for two attorneys and one paralegal .
Prepare, transcribing, composing, typing, editing correspondence, agendas and minutes and other documents.Scheduling and coordinates meetings, events, interviews and appointments. Establishing and maintaining files, databases, and other records, Preparing reports. Gathering and analyzing basic information.Performing routine analyses and calculations involved in preparing reports.
• Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications.
Employment type: Temporary, Remote but must be within travel distance to St. Petersburg FL. 40 hours a week, Monday thru Friday. Pay Rate range $23 to $24.
